Seasonal Park Worker, Norrköping

We are now looking for new colleagues who can help us during the summer season to create and develop beautiful, well-maintained, and pleasant outdoor environments for our customer, Norrköping Municipality. What you will be working on:

Working with green spaces is varied and social. Together with your colleagues, you will work in different areas and meet our exciting customers. You will be working with caring and passionate colleagues with a strong team spirit. It should be fun to be at work and enhance each other's quality of life every day! Our values are service spirit, team spirit, and development. We have five employees year-round and for the 2026 season, we are now looking for new workers.

Our season starts sometime in April with spring maintenance, followed by tasks such as lawn mowing, hedge trimming, planting, watering, weeding, and litter picking. Some property maintenance is also included. Together with your colleagues, you will work practically to create attractive outdoor environments. Customer contact is an important part of daily work as we constantly meet our customers out in the field.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has a high school education supplemented with horticultural training or work experience that can be deemed equivalent.

A driving license (manual transmission) is a requirement as you will need to get around the areas by car. You must be proficient in Swedish, both spoken and written.

As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and engaged. You can see the big picture but also the details in the work. You enjoy meeting people and delivering service.

Since we work in a team, it is very important that you enjoy collaborating, are unpretentious, and contribute to a good atmosphere. It is also important that you have the ability to create comfort and trust in your interactions with the various operations. You are practically inclined and enjoy being active. You have experience with machinery and an interest in plant knowledge. Experience and training in chainsaw, brush cutter, and lift are advantageous.

About the position

Seasonal employment between April and September 2026, with the possibility of extension. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. The place of work is Norrköping.
